We don’t have any cancellation policy, you can cancel your appointment anytime without any charges.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We prefer payment in the form of cash or credit card.

What are your hours?
As we are located in the West Acres Mall, our opening and closing hours are subject to Mall hours.
How can I schedule my appointment?
You can schedule your appointment by phone, through our website or you can visit without appointment also, walk-ins are always welcome.
Is an appointment necessary? Do you accept walk-in appointments?
No, it is not mandatory to book an appointment prior to your visit, we take walk-in clients too.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes, Children are welcome in the salon. Just make sure they are accompanied by an adult, so that you can enjoy your service in peace.
What can I do before threading to prevent pain and/or irritation?
Before threading make sure to load up on water, it’s small trick to prepare your skin for facial hair threading.
Resist the urge to tweeze your brows so the specialist is able to see the full form and shape of your brow. This will enable them to shape it to best suit your requirement and features.

Does threading hurt more or waxing?
Most people find threading to be less painful than waxing. However, nOver time your body adjusts to either method and it becomes more routine. One benefit of threading over waxing is that it helps in preventing premature lines or wrinkles.
How long does it take for hair to grow back?What kind of aftercare do you recommend after eyebrow threading?

I have thin hair. How do I grow my eyebrow naturally?
To grow your eyebrows naturally, massage coconut oil, castor or olive oil into your brows daily. This will seal in moisture and help your brows grow . Leave the oil in overnight, then wash it off with cool water the next morning.
Could I get a rash or extreme irritation with threading?
Threading does not involve any heat or chemical for hair removal, hence, you will never get a rash or irritation with threading. However it is normal to experience a little redness initially, but it should subside in 10-15 minutes.

I get bumps after threading, what should I do?
It’s natural, removing hair from the root can sometimes cause inflammation of the follicle. If this is something that happens with you please let us know during the service.
Is it okay to get threaded if you have sensitive skin?
Threading would be the ideal choice for sensitive skins. Threading affects the skin less than any other removal methods. However it is normal to experience a little redness initially, but it should subside in 10-15 minutes.
Does threading cause my hair to come back thicker or darker?
No, threading do not cause dark or thick hair, since hair are being removed from the root they actually tend to grow back finer over time.
Is threading better than waxing?
It depends on the area you want to remove the hair from, we would recommend to go with threading for facial areas and for the remaining body, you can opt for waxing.
